About

Benjamin J. Heimerl is a founding Partner at Heimerl & Lammers, LLC. Benjamin partnered with Michael B. Lammers to create a law firm with the ability to handle all of their clients’ legal needs while building lasting relationships. The mission of Heimerl & Lammers, LLC is to provide the superior legal representation and service that our clients deserve, during what could be the most difficult and frustrating time in their life.

Since graduating from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, Benjamin has dedicated his time, almost exclusively, to helping injured clients. While serving his country in the Marine Corps, Benjamin realized few people are willing to stand up and fight for what is right, and he did not want to be one of them. He has taken this passion to the court room, where he works tirelessly to battle big insurance companies that refuse to live up to their moral and contractual obligations.

Benjamin was born and raised in Minnesota and truly loves the state and its people. He attended college at the University of Minnesota, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. When he’s not advocating for his clients, Benjamin can be found playing with his three young boys or enjoying a peaceful round of golf.
