Benjamin Heimerl
Benjamin is a Minnesota workers’ comp attorney and a founding partner of Heimerl & Lammers. He aggressively advocates for his clients to ensure they get the compensation they deserve. Benjamin received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. Before getting into work comp law, Benjamin served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife and four kids.

Mike Lammers
Mike is a partner at Heimerl & Lammers and an attorney in the firm’s work comp and personal injury departments. Mike earned his law degree at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He also served in the Navy during the first Gulf War before becoming a lawyer. He lives with his wife and son in South Minneapolis, and enjoys golfing in his free time.
